Incredible..flawless! Great job!
I think it looks great. Have you tried powerded graphite with a small paint brush(unless thats what you mean)? With some practice it can give really smooth shadows. I'm not one for brushes in general and I still like that method :)

I was just thinking about you and how you haven't submitted lately =) this is really awesome, the soft touches on the skin are so nice. As usual in your work the facial features (and especially the eyes) look very real. I like the effect of the shirt still being "sketchy", its a great contrast to the smoothness of the face.

It's absolutely great, but that skin tone is what I like the best... how did you do that with pencils? Anyways, :worship: :)
Yay, you're back! ^.^

Stellar job with the form and shading, proportions are right, and the detail is fantastic! I love the eye shine. :D

Powdered graphite? :o I use a 6H, .5 mm mechanical, and a tissue. :D

Explain this phenomenon of powdered graphite, please! +,+

FYI I'm consistently late at replying to comments and I never correct my typos.

I'm sure you can find some online, but the stuff I've used is in a little squeeze bottle, just make a small pile on a plate, get it on your finger/brush and play with it.

Here's a link, though it's not the same stuff in the bottle. [link]
