Looks good. I like the smooth shading on the face. Maybe the clothes could be worked on a little more, I'm not quite sure how but the collar on the shirt doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the pic. It might have to do with the fact the lines really stand out. But this looks really good the way it is. Great job!

nice work on the proportions. but i think the mouth is a bit to upwards. and also the shirt lines should be more blurry. the necklace should look more 3 dimensional. like, make it look more solid
